# Next Implementation Step: Trello Board Integration ## Goal Connect the local COSMIC Power-Up to a real Trello board and validate the first card-level workflow. ## Preconditions - `npm run lint` passes. - `npm test` passes. - `npm run smoke` passes while the server is running. - A Trello Power-Up API key has been generated. - The app is reachable through HTTPS. ## Execution checklist | Step | Action | Done | |---|---|---| | 1 | Add `TRELLO_API_KEY` to `.env`. | | | 2 | Add the HTTPS tunnel or deployed URL to `PUBLIC_BASE_URL`. | | | 3 | Restart the server. | | | 4 | Register `PUBLIC_BASE_URL/index.html` as the connector URL. | | | 5 | Enable all required capabilities in Trello admin. | | | 6 | Add the Power-Up to a Trello board. | | | 7 | Open a card and run `Assess AI Risk`. | | | 8 | Confirm risk score appears as a badge. | | | 9 | Confirm deployment gate status appears on the card detail view. | | | 10 | Authorize Trello REST access. | | | 11 | Create the mitigation checklist. | | | 12 | Open the board dashboard and confirm the card appears in the summary. | | ## First acceptance test The first milestone is accepted when one Trello card can store a COSMIC assessment, show the risk score badge, show the deployment gate badge, and create a mitigation checklist.
